Terms of Service — Eidos Fit

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eidos Fit mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 13 are strictly prohibited.

3. License

Eidos Fit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Medical & Fitness Disclaimer

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Eidos Fit is not a medical provider. You assume full responsibility for your physical activity and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with exercise.

5. RC Sophia Methodology & Scope

Eidos Fit applies the RC Sophia training methodology through automated software processes based on user-selected criteria. Training programs and movement feedback are generated without live human supervision. The system does not assess medical readiness, injury risk, pain, fatigue, or individual anatomical limitations, and does not provide safety clearance or real-time coaching. All exercises are performed independently by the user.

6. RC Sophia Proprietary Notice

RC Sophia is a proprietary training methodology. The internal logic, models, and decision structures of RC Sophia are not exposed to users; only software-generated outputs are presented within the application.

7. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Certain features of the Service use automated artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated output:

Is not guaranteed to be accurate
Does not replace professional judgment
Does not guarantee injury prevention or performance results

8. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security
All activities under your account
Providing accurate information
Complying with applicable laws

9. User Content & Video Uploads

You retain ownership of your uploaded videos and content. By uploading content, you grant Eidos Fit a limited, revocable license to process such content solely for service operation and quality assurance. We do not sell user content.

10. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through native app store payment systems. Eidos Fit does not process payments directly and does not control refunds. Subscription management must be handled through the platform where you subscribed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eidos Fit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eidos Fit from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, and AI processing. Eidos Fit is not responsible for third-party systems.

15. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration and not through class actions.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
