Delete your account
You can delete your Eidos Fit account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do so through the app or by contacting us directly.
01 - Delete in-app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Eidos Fit app:
- Open the Eidos Fit app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Select Privacy & Data
- Tap Delete My Account
- Confirm by entering your password
02 - What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All workout history and exercise records
- All form analysis videos and AI-generated feedback
- All generated training programs
- Subscription and billing information
- Privacy preferences and app settings
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.
03 - Request deletion via email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact us directly.
Email - info@eidosfit.com
Please include in your request:
- The email address associated with your Eidos Fit account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
