2. Video Data Handling

• Videos are captured on your device.
• Videos are transmitted for AI processing.
• Videos are retained for 30 days to enable form analysis and feedback.
• After 30 days, videos are automatically and permanently deleted.
• You must provide explicit consent before uploading each video.
• During testing and early launch, some videos may be temporarily retained for debugging and service improvement.

3. How We Use Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide AI analysis
• Generate programs
• Improve service quality
• Maintain platform security

4. Analytics and Opt-Out

We collect anonymous usage analytics and crash reports to improve our service. This includes:

• App usage patterns
• Feature interactions
• Error logs and crash data

You can opt out of analytics collection at any time:

• Go to Settings > Privacy & Data
• Toggle "Usage Analytics & Crash Reporting" off

Note: Opting out does not affect core app functionality, but may limit our ability to debug issues you encounter.

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with:

• Hosting and infrastructure services

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Video Retention Policy:

• Form analysis videos are automatically deleted after 30 days
• An automated cleanup process runs daily to enforce this policy
• You are notified of this retention period before uploading each video

8. Your Rights

• Correction of inaccuracies
• Deletion of your account and associated data

Data Export (GDPR/CCPA Right to Data Portability):

You can download a complete copy of your data at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data > Download My Data. The export includes:

• User profile information
• Complete workout history with exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Form analysis results and feedback
• All generated training programs
• Subscription and billing history
• Privacy preferences and settings

The export is provided as a JSON file and a download link will be sent to your email. The download link expires after 24 hours.

Account Deletion Process:

You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete My Account. This will permanently delete:

• Your user profile and account
• All workout history and records
• All form analysis videos and results
• All generated training programs
• Subscription information

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to verify your password to complete account deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Use

If you access the Service globally, you consent to your data being processed in the United States and other applicable regions.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
